Welcome to HandyPanda, a brand owned and operated by SJARSG Materials Private Limited, registered in Panchkula, Haryana.

By accessing or placing an order through our website, WhatsApp channel, or any other HandyPanda platform, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General

HandyPanda delivers construction and renovation materials within Gurgaon. These terms govern your use of our services and form a legal agreement between you and SJARSG Materials Pvt. Ltd. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to place orders. By transacting, you confirm that all details shared — name, address, payment information — are accurate and authorized.

3. Products & Pricing

All prices shown are inclusive of GST.

Prices, product details, and availability are subject to change without prior notice. Images and descriptions are for reference only — minor variations may occur. HandyPanda reserves the right to cancel or modify any order due to stock issues or typographical errors.

4. Orders, Payment & Confirmation

• Orders can be placed via our website or WhatsApp.
• We accept UPI, card, and cash-on-delivery payments, processed securely via Razorpay or equivalent gateways.
• An order is confirmed only upon successful payment (for prepaid) or explicit confirmation from HandyPanda.
• We may refuse or cancel orders suspected to be fraudulent or incorrect.

5. Delivery

Deliveries are currently limited to Gurgaon.

Typical delivery time is within 60 minutes, subject to area, traffic, and product availability.

Delays arising from force majeure events — weather, strikes, or unforeseen disruptions — are exempt from our delivery commitment.

6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Our Returns Policy governs all return and replacement requests.

Eligible products can be picked up free of charge within the applicable window (brand warranty or 3 months, whichever is later).

Refunds are processed via the original payment method.

HandyPanda is a facilitator of genuine products — all warranties, if applicable, are as per the manufacturer's terms.

7. User Conduct

Users agree not to misuse the platform, tamper with content, create fake orders, or engage in any activity that disrupts service or violates law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, designs, and logos on HandyPanda are the property of SJARSG Materials Pvt. Ltd. and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HandyPanda's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the product purchased. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including delays or service disruptions beyond our control.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
