Returns & Replacements

At HandyPanda, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services. This Returns and Replacements Policy outlines our process for handling returns, replacements, and refunds.
1) Who we are
SJARSG MATERIALS PRIVATE LIMITED ("HandyPanda") operates a quick-delivery platform for authentic construction and renovation materials across Gurgaon.
2) What's covered & timelines
Return/Replacement window: Within the brand warranty or 3 months from delivery, whichever is later.
Resolution priority: Replacement first. If replacement isn't possible, we'll process a return/refund.
Turnaround: We pick up and replace within 24 hours of your complaint (Gurgaon).
Fast-track/DoA: Not applicable.
3) Eligibility & condition
- The item must be returned to receive a replacement/refund.
- Original packaging is not required.
- The item must be verifiably ordered from HandyPanda (share order ID/invoice).
- Operational issues only are covered (manufacturing/functional defects, wrong item, in-transit damage).
- Damage from misuse, improper installation, or breakage by the customer is not covered.
Proof required: relevant photos/videos + order ID/invoice.
4) What isn't returnable
- Opened consumables (e.g., paint tubs, adhesives, chemicals).
- Cement/plaster.
- Cut-to-size materials (wires, pipes) once cut.
- Altered/modified items.
5) Reverse pickup & inspection
Reverse pickup is always free in Gurgaon.
We'll inspect the item after pickup; if ineligible, the product will be returned to you.
6) Refunds
Method: First to the original payment method; if not feasible, via UPI/bank.
Timeline: As per standard timelines of the payment method/bank/gateway.
Partial returns from multi-item orders are allowed.
7) Warranty & brand support
For repairs/servicing under brand warranty, customers should contact the brand directly.
HandyPanda facilitates return/replacement only (no brand-side repair handling).
No brand-specific durations are listed here.
8) Abuse & fairness
Repeated unverified claims, switch-returns, or tampered serials may lead to account review/suspension.
9) Service area & support
Service area: Gurgaon (all areas).
Support (9:00 AM–2:00 AM): WhatsApp (from your order/chat thread).
10) Legal
Jurisdiction: New Delhi, India.
