How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your HandyPanda account and associated data, please send an email to contact@handypanda.in with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include the phone number or email address associated with your account.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

• Your account profile information (name, email, phone number)
• Order history and transaction records
• Saved addresses and delivery preferences
• App preferences and settings
• Any other personal data associated with your account

Data Retention

Some data may be retained for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:

• Transaction records for tax and accounting purposes (up to 7 years as per Indian regulations)
• Information necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our terms

This retained data will be securely stored and will not be used for any other purpose.

Processing Time

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.
